Firms with female CEOs have more women on boards

There are almost twice as many female board members in companies led by a woman (29%), compared to only 15% in companies led by a male CEO, according to Deloitte’s ‘Women in the Boardroom’ report.

The UK comes in 12th place on the list of countries with the highest percentage of board seats held by women (15.6%). Norway and France top the list (with 42% and 33% respectively).
